metroinfogo is a digital service. Nothing physical is ever shipped.
Draft for legal review. This policy describes how the metroinfogo app works today. Still to be filled in before launch: legal name, address, phone, privacy contact.
How the app is delivered
The metroinfogo app is downloaded from the App Store or Google Play (and, where offered, used on the web). City maps and routing data are included in the app and its updates.
How Plus is delivered
- When a payment is confirmed, Plus switches on for your metroinfogo account straight away, on every device you're signed in to. No delivery address is needed or collected.
- If you've paid and Plus isn't on within 24 hours, email support@metroinfogo.com with the payment details and we'll activate it or refund you.
Where it's available
Razorpay payments are available to customers paying in Indian rupees. App Store purchases follow Apple's availability for your country.
